A Piece of Cake...
Optimising a website takes time, care and attention. It also requires great research and skill. If you were optimising for a particular term such as SEO Eastleigh or SEO Southampton then you may only require minimum effort as these terms are not highly competitive terms. How do you find out if a term is competitive? A quick check on Keyword tool will provide you with an idea of the local search volumes around a term, now take that term and search in Google to see how many pages Google associates with that term (it will tell you under the search bar to the left e.g - Page 2 of about 656,000 results (0.11 seconds) ).
